Order Cancellations

- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Exchanges
- Each piece of our jewelry is thoughtfully selected and crafted specifically for your order. To uphold the quality and uniqueness of our products, we kindly ask for your understanding that exchanges and replacements are not accepted.
Returns
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at corallustre.pearls@gmail.com and include your order details.
- Returns are not accepted after 15 days of receipt, as pearls require proper care and handling. Wearing them may cause subtle wear or damage, which makes it challenging for us to accept returns beyond this timeframe.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, free from damage or signs of wear.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved based on the condition of the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
